This is why our inspectors provide comprehensive detailed reports that include the necessary information for our clients to understand what they are facing. This knowledge is in the details and our founder has a particular attention to detail. These details first caught his eye when he was a young boy following his father around construction sites. At a young age it was already apparent that he had an interest in anything to do with building. In the years to come he would build his knowledge and experience working alongside his father on residential house builds. Once his own opportunity would present itself he would seize the chance to begin building homes for himself. This part of the journey would provide him with a wealth of knowledge on a vast assortment of trade work from excavation and foundation work to framework and roofing (and everything in between). After this extensive period he would decide to further his training into the building inspection sector. This stepping stone from construction into building inspection had a deliberate goal, to provide home buyers with his previous onsite experience as well as the new knowledge obtained from his recently completed degree in building inspections. Above all the goal is to share both knowledge and experience with our clients in order to help make an informed intelligent decision.
